June- The Month of Many Firsts

It seems like this month we have a lot of firsts in our household...meaning the first time these things have taken place:
*We were gone for 2 nights and 3 days from our wildflowers.
*The wildflowers spent the night at Grammy Patty and Papo Larry's house.
*Parker slept in his crib converted into a big boy bed.
*Parker fell/rolled out of his big boy bed at 1:30 in the morning.
*Parker peddeled his trike
*Madison peddeled her trike
*Parker said the word "helocopter"
*Parker pulled a dresser over on himself....yes I about fainted when I seen this big dresser with my tiny little guy trapped under it!! He was ok, just freaked out.
**************
Faces only a mother could love......(after a long day of playing in the dirt)

Truvy: I don't like her. I don't trust anyone who does their own hair. I don't think it's natural.

Ok, I've had some jumbo pasta shells in my pantry for some time now. I'm going to try your Mexican Stuffed Shells recipe tonight just so I can use them up!
So I may be on your site for a little while reading the recipe while I make up a batch.
Will let you know how it goes! It looks really tasty.

Your blog looks so great! I miss seeing those little wildflowers in my bare yard! Hope to see you soon. I was just thinking how, in a couple of years, all these kids will be in school, and you and I can go shopping or get martinis! Until then, let's try to have some more play dates, though!
